It helps users to view events happening in their country and state. Our module also allows users to submit their feedback after attending the event. The module also generates and scans QR codes to easily track attendees.

Having a resource that allows us to easily view events happening in our area and submit feedback after attending them is great. The ability to generate and scan QR codes for tracking attendees is also a convenient feature.

Once you have logged into your ERP account, Visit the Events section and you will view a list of events along with their stages.

To create a new Event, click on the "Create" button.

Then you need to fill in the necessary details as required in the event.

Click on QR Reader available on the event page on the backend and then you can scan the QR code.

You can also locate your events by using the event locator and setting the location configuration.

To view feedback given by customers, simply follow these steps: Visit the events section and click on the feedback option.

From there, you can view all the feedback given by customers.

To check out all the upcoming events, simply select the Events tab.

Once you find an event, just click on it to view all the details.

You can even choose between viewing the events in a grid or map format.

If you opt for the Map view, you'll be able to see the event's location on the locator.

Additionally, you can keep track of all the events you've registered for by checking the My Account section.


 

Finally, don't forget to download your ticket, complete with a QR code, before the event starts!
